Former Prime Minister to Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn has lauded President Akufo-Addo for his successful implementation of the Planting for Food and Jobs Programme (PFJ), ABC News can report.

His Excellency Desalegn who was in Ghana for the 2019 African Green Revolution Forum (AGRF) urged that African leaders emulate the leadership strategy adopted by President Akufo Addo to commercialize and transform Ghana’s agriculture.

Speaking at the 2019 AGRF held in Accra, the former Prime Minister revealed that he has been in some rural areas in Ghana to witness the PFJ program for himself. He can, therefore, testify that Ghana’s agricultural transformation agenda is on the right course.
