The Hailemariam & Roman Foundation (HRF) convened its 13th Board of Trustees Meeting from 9–12 February 2026 in Wolaita Sodo, South Ethiopia Region, reviewing the 2018 EFY Semi-Annual Progress Report and the forthcoming action plan
Board members also visited key initiatives, including conservation interventions in Maze National Park, where sustained ecosystem restoration and protection efforts have led to the encouraging return of wildlife.
The Board commended overall progress across HRF’s thematic areas and emphasized the need for accelerated and coordinated implementation to ensure the timely achievement of remaining targets.
